By using the apollotheme.com website , membership and custom service you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

Please be sure you understand and agree to our terms of use before downloading or using any of apollotheme.com templates for your personal or client sites. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us at the contact page.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of apollotheme.com products, membership or services implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Copyright information.
All editorial content and graphics on our sites are protected by U.S. copyright, international treaties and other applicable copyright laws and may not be copied without the express permission of Apollotheme.com , which reserves all rights. Re-use of any of apollotheme.com ‘s editorial content and graphics for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.
2. Apollotheme Club membership & Developer membership domain restrictions
Apollotheme.com grants you a nonexclusive limited domain license (Please view the various memberships for details) to use the Apollo templates or other products (if applicable) sold through our web site by independent contract providers (the “products”) in line with the entire specifications under this Terms of Use as well as Licenses statement.
2.1. Limited usage granted
2.1.1 Unlimited product usage :
There is no limit on usage of our products by the active members during their membership period, but technical support is available only for limited domains as outlined under various membership plans.
2. 1.2 Membership Package :
Entitles the users for unlimited usage of our available templates and template extensions, the technical support however is limited to 3 domains only. The product usage is for life and annual renewals are required only for accessing further downloads, updates and access to technical support channels.
2.1.3 ApolloTheme Developer membership:
Entitles the users to access both Prestashop and Shopify Theme . Benefits of Developer membership are as follows :
• Full access to all templates and extensions.
• Premium ticket support.
• Limited customization support.
• Unlimited technical support for unlimited domains.
• Priority faster response time within 24 hours.
• Rebranding allowed. Can use Designed by “XXXX”
• Complimentary quickstart installation service.
This plan is perfect option if you are independent Web/ Prestashop/ Shopify / designers / developers/companies who want to use or develop Apollo templates/products for your clients.
2.1.4 Custom Work– Entitles the users to access all our extensions with unlimited usage and unlimited technical support. Product usage is for life, renewals are required only for further access to downloads, upgrades and access to technical support channels.
DOMAINS DECLARATION
1. Domain declaration is required for accessing technical support for users under membershop and single template purchase.
2. Developer are not required to add their domains for accessing support.
3. We do not track domains of users and user is required to update domain only if they need support for the said product on that domain.
4. Sites under development or testing can be placed in subfolder of the registered domain.
2.2 Modifications:
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. You may not, however, distribute the original products code or your modified products code (other than PHP files) without the explicit permission of apollotheme.com.
2.3 Unauthorized use:
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
2.4 Assignability:
Domains privileges are granted per user account only. They are not transferable to other users without prior written consent from our company.
2.5 Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JoomlArt.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
You can edit or remove our copyright information at your discretion under Developer membership across our Prestashop & Shopify clubs.
2.6 Products delivery:
After we have successfully received your payment, your JA membership information will be emailed to the email address you provided during the payment process (2CheckOut or Paypal or MoneyBookers email). This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, JA members will have instant access to all templates and club forum.
For bank wire transfer, your account shall be activated as soon as you send us a copy of valid wire transfer receipt as described at registration page.
E-mail address must be valid as it will be used for communication purposes.
2.7 Antifraud:
Instant downloads are available! However, some customer purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check up to review of Paypal or 2Checkout. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Antifraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual the cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
2.8 Support:
JA templates and products are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of prestashop & shopify etc. Exclusive support Forums are available for paid users to request for support.
Support scope is limited to bug fixes and helping users attain demo site alike display. Customization support is not part of the support and only Developer members are provided with limited customization support.
2.9 Stock images and 3rd party extensions
The images used in the demo are for representative purpose only and we strongly advise users against using them in their project and such stock images should be purchased by user separately to avoid legal hassles. We do not bundle commercial 3rd party extensions in our quickstart and only provide style support for them in our demo’s. Such commercial extensions needs to be purchased separately from the 3rd party developer site. We are committed to provide support for 3rd party extensions as long as the bug relates to our products (templates / extensions).
3. Disclaimer
Apollotheme.com products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We are not licensed to provide certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided templates. These require you own or purchase the fonts from their respective owners.
