Digital Products (Themes, Modules, Templates)
All our products are digital downloads. Once you purchase and download a theme or module, we cannot offer a full refund simply because of a change of mind.
Refunds may be granted only if:
The product is not delivered (e.g., download issues).
The product is corrupt or broken and we cannot fix it after support.
The product does not match the description on our website.
Services (Customization, SEO, Hosting, Development)
For services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If work has already started (design, coding, setup), a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress.
If no work has been started, you may request a full refund.
Hosting & Email Hosting
Hosting services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service is activated.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Custom development or design work once delivered.
Renewals of membership plans or hosting services.
