At ApolloTheme, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Themes, Modules, Templates)

  • All our products are digital downloads. Once you purchase and download a theme or module, we cannot offer a full refund simply because of a change of mind.

  • Refunds may be granted only if:

    • The product is not delivered (e.g., download issues).

    • The product is corrupt or broken and we cannot fix it after support.

    • The product does not match the description on our website.

Services (Customization, SEO, Hosting, Development)

  • For services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If work has already started (design, coding, setup), a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress.

  • If no work has been started, you may request a full refund.

Hosting & Email Hosting

  • Hosting services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • To request a refund, please contact us at support@apollotheme.com with your order details.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development or design work once delivered.

  • Renewals of membership plans or hosting services.

  • Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts.
